• I need a somewhat large block of wood (that the students can see) tied to a string so I can pull it across the lecture table. I also need a separate block of wood that I can hold in my hand without a string.I also need a spring from Larry that I can connect to a large block of wood and pull along the table. I want to be able to stack blocks of wood, but pull the bottom one with the spring to demonstrate friction. One of Larry's friction carts would be good with several 0.5 kg black rectangular masses. Demo has some of these.
