• Rotating turntable with 1-inch steel ball. We made 12-inch diameter Aluminum plate (1/8" thick) on induction motor with variac, but the speed it not reliably adjustable due to load slowing rotation. Lou gave us a thick stainless plate that is nice and flat, but we'll need better motor and speed control in future.
