Purpose:

A demonstration of the change in state of water vapor to liquid, and the consequences of atmospheric pressure on the can.

Procedure:

Same as demo 2B30.15 showing atmospheric pressure. But one can also demonstrate the change in state of water vapor to liquid, causing a "change in volume" of the can.
